Return & Exchange Policy

At Mom & Jery, every product is made and packed with care. We want you to be happy with your order, and we are here to help if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or size-related issue.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice/order confirmation.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or article.
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • You want to exchange the size, subject to availability.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customized Products

Customized products such as name-printed items, personalized rompers, customized prayer mats, customized towels, or any product made especially on request are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the order placed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered:

  • Used or washed clothing
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Hair accessories, clips, pins, bands, and similar personal-use accessories
  • Towels and hygiene-sensitive baby products once opened or used
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items, unless damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged or defective and replacement is not available.
  • The wrong item was delivered and the correct item is out of stock.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled after payment.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to a size change, personal preference, or customer request, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, Mom & Jery will cover the replacement shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production, printing, embroidery, or stitching has started.

International Orders

International orders can be delivered on request. Returns and exchanges on international orders are not available unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. Shipping charges, customs duties, and international courier fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Product pictures or video, if applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Mom & Jery reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange requests after product inspection.
